Shipping Policy

At Print Threads LLC, every item is custom made just for you. Because our apparel and goods are produced on demand, please take a moment to review how we handle production, shipping, and delivery so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives.

Production & Processing Time

All Print Threads LLC products are made-to-order, which means we begin printing your items only after your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and offer a wide range of designs, but it does mean a little extra time is needed before your order ships.

  • Standard production time is 3–5 business days before your order is fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.
  • During busy periods such as holidays or major sales, production may take slightly longer. We'll always do our best to keep you informed if delays are expected.
  • Orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship separately or arrive on different days.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. The total time to receive your order is the production time plus the shipping transit time outlined below.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been produced, it's shipped using one of our trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete, not from the date your order was placed.

  • Standard Shipping (United States): 5–7 business days in transit

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect transit times.

Shipping Costs

We aim to keep shipping fair and straightforward.

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.00.
  • Orders under $100.00 are charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart.
  • Any applicable expedited or upgraded shipping rates will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping isn't available at this time.

Order Tracking

We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
  • If you created an account at checkout, you can also view your order status by logging in to your Print Threads LLC account.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We know how frustrating it is when a package doesn't arrive as expected, and we're here to help.

  • If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at [email protected] or through our Contact page.
  • For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier first, as packages are sometimes scanned early or left in an alternate location.
  • If a package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed in transit, contact us and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
